Now Recruitment, headquartered in Birmingham, has offices in Nottingham, Newcastle, and Edinburgh. A fifth office in Bristol was added in May 2002. The company focuses predominantly on recruitment in the construction industry specialising in temporary trades and labour, including mechanical and electrical personnel as well as permanent professional staff served by the company's specialist Technical Division.

Montpellier re-branded the company from its previous name of Skillman in 2000 and the emphasis for 2001/2002 was placed on public relations to establish the brand and its values in the extremely competitive recruitment marketplace where the company was competing with large blue-chip organisations, such as Hays Montrose.

The PR Objectives were as follows:

  • To raise the profile of Now Recruitment in both the recruitment trade and construction marketplace
  • To promote Now as a reputable employer that values its staff
  • To highlight the work of Now as an innovator in its recruitment solutions
  • To promote the knowledge of the construction marketplace by Now's consultant
